Cedar Lakes Homeowners Association (NPC) (CLHOA)

The Cedar Lakes Homeowners Association is a Non-Profit Company, incorporated on 14th February 2000. The Homeowners Association is managed by a Board of Directors, a full time Estate Management Team, and its activities are governed by the Memorandum of Incorporation and the Estate Rules, aimed at protecting the rights and interests of all Members (property owners).

The Homeowners Association is a member of the Association of Residential Communities.
